  • Kira Brown

    Sales and Outreach Specialist

I am joining Carefield as a dedicated Community Relations Manager at our senior living community, I bring a unique blend of experience in both senior care and marketing. A proud local of Livermore, I began my career in senior living through activities, progressing from assistant to program director and then to wellness programming director. This journey has deepened my commitment to compassionate, people-centered marketing, ensuring that the needs of our residents and their families always come first.
With five years of experience in the marketing field, I am currently completing my degree in marketing and advertising, with plans to pursue a master’s in geriatrics. My passion for creating meaningful connections drives my work, allowing me to effectively communicate the value of our community.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy baking, volunteering with my local church here in Pleasanton, and indulging in a good book. I have a cat Ziggy, who is a senior himself in which he resembles Garfield. I look forward to continuing to enrich the lives of seniors and their families in our community.
“ I joined the team at Carefield because I believe that compassion is at the heart of quality care. Here, we don’t just provide services; we create a nurturing community where every individual is valued, respected, and connected. It’s truly inspiring to be part of a team that prioritizes meaningful relationships and enhances the lives of our seniors and their families.”

  • Julie Bello

    Lifestyle Director

My name is Julie Bello. I’m currently the Lifestyle Director at Carefield Living memory care in Pleasanton, California. Prior to working in healthcare, I had worked in office administration as well as a marketing and research coordinator, and interfacing with sales and procurement. My career in healthcare began in 2007, working as a homecare provider to seniors in their homes and in senior living communities. My passion stemmed from providing care for my aged parents (now deceased) and the bond I share with my family. Over the last 10 years. I have enjoyed working with and connecting with seniors, putting smiles on their faces as well as enriching their lives. My rule of thumb is getting to know everyone’s history, in order to provide individualized activity to meet their needs. In 2016, I took my career to the next level by taking an Activity Professional Leadership course to acquaint myself with the industry’s policies and regulations. I find it rewarding working with the seniors, knowing that at the end of the day, I have made a difference in their lives. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, documentaries, radio talk shows and relaxing.
