Alisa Davern
Vice President of Finance
Alisa Davern is Vice President of Finance for Carefield Living. Alisa leads the planning for Carefield’s future growth and investment opportunities while also overseeing the Accounting and Community Business Office processes.
Alisa has more than twenty-five years experience in finance and accounting with a significant portion of her career in the senior living industry. Alisa has helped developed organizations, having managed $850M in asset sales, equity raises, structuring of joint-ventures and other relationships. Her experience in Healthcare has focused mainly on Memory Care Assisted Living but spans across Hospice, Skilled Nursing, and Private-duty care continuum of care. Alisa held previous finance roles in the Hospitality and Arline Industry as well.
Alisa served on the Board for the Alzheimer’s Association Orange County Chapter and taught both Finance and Economics courses at Concordia University’s Graduate School of Healthcare Management.
Alisa has her undergraduate in Economics and Masters in ADR & Mediation. Alisa lives with her family in South Orange County.
Karen Enciso
Regional Director of Operations
With nearly 30 years of experience in the senior living industry, Karen Enciso brings seasoned leadership, clinical expertise, and a deep passion for service to her role as Regional Director of Operations. A licensed nurse, Karen has consistently demonstrated her ability to elevate communities and lead teams to success with compassion, strategy, and a resident-first mindset.
Karen’s leadership philosophy is rooted in collaboration, operational excellence, and a commitment to enriching the lives of residents, families, and staff alike.
Karen is the proud mother of six — five sons and one daughter. Her children are her greatest joy and are each pursuing meaningful careers in fields such as engineering, healthcare, senior living, public service, and finance.
Karen enjoys spending time with her children, her partner Quinn, and their English Bulldog, Millie. She loves relaxing at the coast during the summer and escaping to the desert in the winter. And one fun fact about Karen — she can crochet just about anything!
