Jean-Pierre (“JP”) LoMonaco is the President of Valuation & Information Group, Culver City, CA, one of the preeminent senior living valuation firms in the US. JP is a recognized authority on the valuation of senior living properties and is a frequent speaker/moderator at national senior housing/long term care conferences. JP entered the real estate consulting industry in 1989. Over the years, clients have relied on him for lending, litigation support, asset allocation, due diligence, lease negotiation, tax appeals. JP’s assignments include market feasibility studies, appraisal reports, highest and best use studies and general consulting for a wide variety of property types in the senior housing and heathcare related industry.

Joel Goldman is a recognized authority on legal and licensing issues related to senior living properties in California. Joel represents a wide array of developers, owners and operators of senior care communities, including, assisted living, continuing care and congregate senior communities. In addition, he has significant experience with disability discrimination issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Fair Housing Act.

Maria served five years as Vice President of Wellness for Kisco Senior Living, creating fresh, innovative, award-winning programming that helped to define Kisco as a leader in the trending wellness movement. Her prior role at Kisco was Project Management Leader in Operations, overseeing the implementation of new developments and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the Kisco team, Maria served several years as a Director of Operations for Sunrise Senior Living. In addition, Maria’s extensive career with PacifiCare Behavioral Health ranged from VP of Sales and Marketing, to Business Development and Client/Provider Relations.
Maria’s passion for wellness was the catalyst that helped create The Wellness Edge, a consulting firm that designs and develops wellness strategies for senior living and 55+ communities. The company focuses on program development, technology, training and the evaluation of existing wellness programs, as well as startup operations of senior living and 55+ communities.

Nancy Schier Anzelmo

Nancy Schier Anzelmo is a widely respected authority on the care and treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. In addition to her consulting business, Nancy served as the California program forum consultant to the Alzheimer’s Association chapters of California for 15 years and has been a professor at Sacramento State University, within the Gerontology Department since 2000. She is also the co-founder of the Connected Horse, a non-profit organization, serving people affected by a dementia diagnosis. As a current board member of the statewide California Assisted Living Association (CALA), Nancy is the co-chair of the education committee and works diligently to improve the education of providers and the care of older adults living in supportive housing settings. She is also a Board member of the California Person Centered Care Coalition, a past board member of the Del Oro Caregivers Resource Center and an active volunteer in the Northern California Alzheimer’s Association chapter.
