The staff here is mostly fantastic and really good with my mom but theres been a couple of times when I've heard the new boss whos office is by the front desk saying things about various departments. Park Visalia was a wonderful choice and experience for my father, who has now passed. Their workers were amazingly kind and attentive. They were so patient and helpful. Dad loved it and them. We would highly recommend. Park Visalia community to other families.
