Carefield Pleasanton is a community that servers only Memory Care residents. From our design to our activities to our staff training, everything is built to ensure their safety and comfort. We pride ourselves on attending to every resident’s specific needs as they maneuver the unique challenges of memory loss.

Meals at Carefield Pleasanton are prepared from fresh ingredients and served three times a day. Residents can select a tantalizing daily special or choose a favorite from the regular menu. Our team understands that dining service and meal presentation play a large part in the joy of eating. Our chefs craft meals to be as beautiful as they are delicious.

Yes—well-behaved pets are welcome in our Assisted Living community. For safety reasons, in our Memory Care community, we cannot allow pets to reside here.
